We had a good experience at Plum Auto Sales right from the start with Tom's no-pressure approach and intimate knowledge of each vehicle on the lot. He is extremely well informed of production differences/vehicle characteristics from one year/make to the next and doesn't just blindly pass any issues off to a mechanic. He is clearly personally invested in each vehicle. We love the car we purchased but as it turned out, some pre-purchase mechanical work did not fully resolve an issue. We went back to Plum Auto Sales, and Tom had it completely taken care of at no cost to us. This guy keeps his word even when it hurts.
